Matt began his career at LWT working on many of their big Entertainment shows including “Tarrant on TV” and “Dame Edna”.
He then trained as a Director at Granada working on a number of projects including “Stars in Their Eyes” and a tribute to the Bee Gees.
He then freelanced as a P/D on a number of Entertainment and Factual Entertainment shows for Tiger Aspect, Carlton TV, Pearson TV (now Fremantle Media) and Talent TV.
Following this, he became the Series Producer of “The Villa”, the original reality series for Sky One, which was one of their highest rated shows for three years.
Matt is now Head of Factual Entertainment at Spun Gold.
