The Parker family’s world was torn apart when they were told that Tom has an inoperable glioblastoma – the most aggressive type of brain tumour, and one which is responsible for killing the most adults under 40 of any cancer. Supported by his wife Kelsey, his family and his former bandmates, Tom takes the extraordinary step of arranging a star-studded charity concert at the Royal Albert Hall to raise awareness about brain tumours.
